These terms govern your use of the ReplySplash platform. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ReplySplash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Use of the service

ReplySplash is intended for use by individual YouTube creators and their authorized representatives. You may not use the service to spam, harass, or engage in any activity that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

YouTube API compliance

Your use of ReplySplash is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy. We access YouTube data on your behalf using the YouTube Data API and require your explicit authorization. You can revoke authorization at any time.

AI-generated content

AI-generated reply suggestions are drafts for your review. You are responsible for the replies you choose to post. ReplySplash does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI suggestions, and you should review all AI output before publishing.

Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; your access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the YouTube API, or engage in abusive behavior.

Limitation of liability

ReplySplash is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of data or reputation resulting from posted replies.
